Here's how it works:

Conduct a search using the Virtual Agent, give your search a descriptive name (Like the name of your client) select all of the specifications given to you by the client, the agent will return the houses that match your search

How is this different from a regular search you ask? Easy, usually when you perform a home search your search stops at the listings that you are given, with the Virtual Agent every night when new homes are added to our database, you will be notified via email that a new house has been added that matches your search specifications, the email will also list the MLS numbers of the houses that match your search so you don't have to re-conduct the search to try to figure out the matches, its that simple!
